FX Con

Well I haven't kept up too well blogging. I just don't lead a very interesting life I'm afraid. Not much to blog about

We went to FX Con this past week-end. I didn't know what to expect, never having been there before. It was great! I had a wonderful time talking with so many people. The show was small enough that I didn't have to fight threw crowds constantly. I hope that the retailers and artists did ok because I'd like to go back and I don't want THEM not to come back because business was too slow. I got lots of great sketches. Gene Gonzales really outdid himself on my Magik sketch. I have to find time to post everything to my Comic Art fans page. soon!

Happy 4th

Hey Gang,

I hope everyone has a happy and safe 4th. No plans for us. We are just hanging at home while everyone in our neighborhood sets off fireworks. The communities around us have had to cut their fireworks displays due to budget cuts and the economy. I think this has forced more people to have their own displays. Hopefully there won't be a upswing in accidents too. We are doing the family picnic tomorrow. I'm going to try to make chili. Yikes! Lets hope all goes well.
